Intervention I was first exhibited in 2018. The advertising of one London tube carriage was replaces by grainy black and white pinhole images depicting the movements of commuters on the underground. Crisps, tonic and postcard explanations were handed out to those who boarded. For the length of the Victoria Line a public view took place. Before all images and any litter was removed. The work was later shown as an installation at Photofusion London in partnership with the Museum of London, A text written in response to the original intervention was co-written by Vanessa Onwuemezi and Martin Dufield and was integrated into the installation at Photofusion.
